Is USF Moving Licensed?
Yes, USF Movers is a licensed company. Licensing is a very important process, both in moving and in any other area. The presence of a license indicates that the company operates in accordance with the laws of the state.

Do you have a packing & Unpacking Service?
USF Movers handles any job related to moving, including packing and unpacking services. Our guys will carefully pack your accessories in the appropriate boxes, label them, and transport them safely and sound. Additionally, we offer professional unpacking services to make your move even smoother and more stress-free.
What if I want to change the moving day?
When rescheduling your move date with USF Movers, it’s crucial to communicate with us. If you inform us of your decision 72 hours before your scheduled move date, we can change the date for you painlessly while keeping your deposit. However, if you inform us of your decision less than 72 hours in advance, we will have to withhold your deposit, and you will need to deposit again to secure a new move date. So, please inform us of your decision in a timely manner to avoid any inconvenience.
Do I need to be home during the move?
On the day of the move, you must be present to sign the necessary documents and show the movers what items need to be moved. During the unload, the movers will place boxes in designated rooms based on the notes on the boxes. It would be helpful if you have a basic idea of where you want furniture placed beforehand so that the movers can place them accordingly. You can specify the location where furniture needs to be placed. You must inspect the truck(s) at the end of the move to ensure that all your belongings have been unloaded.

Do I have to pay extra for packaging services?
No, the packaging service is included in the hourly rate. Move To Go do not charge for the packaging service additionally.
Do you provide packing materials for free?
USF Movers provides customers free of charge with Wardrop boxes, stretch wraps, tapes, and protective blankets. All other materials Like boxes of various sizes (small, medium, large), wrapping paper, bubble wrap, etc. are provided for an additional charge. Prices are shown here: Small box – $2 each Medium box – $3 each Large box – $4 each Wrapping paper – $45 for 1 pack Bubble wrap – $50 for 1 pack
How long does packing work usually take?
To save time and expenses, USF Movers always recommends its customers to do the packing job themselves as much as possible because it is the most time-consuming process in moving. The duration of the packing work depends on the number of loose items that need to be packed into boxes. Typically, depending on the number of bedrooms and the number of professionals hired, this process can take anywhere from 4 to 12 hours. Packing the kitchen takes the longest time as most dishes need to be handled with care due to their fragility.
What types of payment do USF Movers accept?
Cash and all major debit and credit cards are accepted. Additional payment options are Venmo and Zelle.Move To Go does not accept personal checks as a valid form of payment for the services provided.
What exactly do I have to pay for if I want to hire your pros?
Do you have a minimum amount of time you charge?
Yes, USF Movers charge for a minimum of 3 hours because the movers who perform the work, regardless of the duration of the work, are paid for a minimum of 3 hours.
What if I only have 3-4 items to move and the job can only take an hour of work? Do I have to pay for 3 hours?
If you only have a few things and the whole job won’t take more than 1 hour, USF Movers can get the job done for $250-350 depending on the pick-up address distance.
What if I only need help loading/unloading the truck?. Do I have to pay for gas fi and double drive fi?
What if I only need help with rearranging furniture within the same house or apartment? Do I have to pay for 3 hours minimum?
No, if you need to swap beds, lower something heavy from the 2nd floor to the first floor, or vice versa lift it to the second floor, then USF Movers is ready to do the job for $200-250.
During & After the Move
What happens if the movers scratch the floor or walls, or break any of my belongings?
Call (281) 743-4503 immediately after discovering damage, scratches, or breakage and report the incident. Please send photos of the damage if possible. USF Movers managers will do everything to help you resolve any situation.
How much tip should I give movers for a job?

What if the total labor time exceeded the original estimate?
My house just finished renovation, is there any way you guys can protect the floors from scratches?
Yes, USF Movers professionals use floor runners to protect the floor from scratches.
What if I encounter movers asking for a tip?

I need a storage unit to temporarily store my things, do you provide storage?
Yes, USF Movers provides its customers with a free storage unit for 1 week. If the storage time exceeds 1 week, a fee of $20 will be charged per day.
